Most lots in the community are sold to builder teams. These builders have been selected for their experience and integrity within the area. This is done in order to ensure consistent product integrity and to protect the investment of homebuyers. We can custom build on most lots held by builders. Tuscany falls within the Meridian School District and although boundaries may change in the future, currently the schools for Tuscany Lake Hazel Elementary School, Lake Hazel Middle School and Mountain view High School. In addition, Siena K-6 Magnet Schoolis open within the Tuscany Community. |
